The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Seoul welcomes a delegation of the Defense Delegation from Defense Services Command and Staff College

 A 15-member Defense Delegation from the Defense Services Command and Staff College of Sapugaskanda, led by Brigadier RMSP Rathnayake USP, psc, IG visited the Embassy on 1st August 2025, as part of their 10-days overseas study tour to the Republic of Korea from 28 July to 8 August 2025.  

The Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Republic of Korea, Savitri Panabokke warmly welcomed the defense delegation, which  comprised senior Flag-level officers from the three Forces of Sri Lanka.  The delegation had a fruitful discussion with the Ambassador and senior staff of the Mission.

Brigadier RMSP Rathnayake presented a commemorative plaque to the Ambassador. Mrs. Chandima Abeyrathna, Minister (Commercial) also received a token of appreciation for her role in coordinating this visit.
